We're excited to welcome you to Boomers! To help everyone have a safe, fun, and memorable visit, please review our park policies before you arrive.
Are purchases refundable?
Tickets, passes, food, beverages, and merchandise are non-refundable. If weather affects your visit, please see our Rain Check Policy for available options.
Can I bring outside food or drinks?
Outside food, beverages, coolers, and glass containers aren't permitted inside the park.
If you're celebrating with a reserved birthday party, you're welcome to bring a birthday cake as part of your event.
Are pets allowed?
Only trained service animals are permitted inside Boomers Parks.
Is smoking permitted?
Smoking and vaping are only permitted in designated smoking areas outside the park.
Can I take photos or videos?
Absolutely! We love seeing your Boomers memories.
For everyone's safety, phones, cameras, and recording devices may not be used while riding attractions.
Professional photography or commercial filming requires prior park approval.
Guest Expectations
We want every guest to enjoy a fun, welcoming environment.
Please help us by:
- Treating fellow guests and Team Members with respect.
- Following posted park rules and attraction instructions.
- Wearing appropriate attire, including shirts and shoes.
- Using respectful language and behavior throughout your visit.
For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, Boomers Parks reserves the right to deny admission or ask guests to leave if their behavior is unsafe or disruptive.
